Meet the ‘Flip the Script’ Student Panelists

This month at the Y-Space, we’re hosting a roundtable discussion to bring IT companies, current Lowell High students, and workforce resources together to discuss how we can expand the IT workforce pipeline. Keep reading below to meet the student panelists.


Kenneth Chap, Class of 2023

Kenneth Chap is a first-generation Cambodian-American student who is passionate sharing his coding and programming knowledge with fellow students. He is a co-founder of The Programming Initiative (TPI) at Lowell High. Other clubs he's involved in include: Business Professionals of America, Live Video Production Team, Google Coursera, and Educators Rising. Kenneth hopes to attend MIT.

Adedayo Sanusi, Class of 2023

Adedayo Sanusi is a Nigerian-American student who founded Girls Who Code at Lowell High. She's also a part of TPI, National Honor Society, Upward Bound, Google Coursera, and interns at Project LEARN. She plans on pursuing a bachelor's in Computer Science, and has applied to MIT, USC, and Carnegie Mellon. Adedayo wants to become a web developer.

Elyjah Delius, Class of 2023

Elyjah Delius is vice president of Lowell High's chapter of the Business Professionals of America (BPA). He's also involved in the Random Acts of Kindness club, Google Coursera, and he enjoys working at Dunkin' Donuts after school. Elyjah plans on majoring in either Chemical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.

Victoria Prak, Class of 2023

Victoria Prak is a creative and curious senior at Lowell High. She's part of TPI, Girls Who Code, National Honor Society, and Google Coursera. Ultimately, she hopes to pursue a career in the STEM field, and is leaning towards majoring in Computer Science. Victoria hopes to attend UMass-Lowell.

Ibraheem Amin, Class of 2024

Ibraheem Amin is a Muslim Bangladeshi-American student and co-founder of TPI at Lowell High. He's also involved with the After Dark: IT program offered by Greater Lowell Tech, and is enrolled in Google Coursera's Project Management track (last year he completed a Data Analytics certificate). Other clubs he's involved in include National Honor Society, BPA, and Environmental Club. Ibraheem plans to major in Computer Science and explore other related fields.

Rizma Shaikh, Class of 2023

Rizma Shaikh is a Muslim Indian-American student who is hardworking and passionate about developing her STEM skills. Other activities she's involved in include Student Advisory Council, TRIO/GearUP, TPI, BPA, Google Coursera, and National Honors Society. She plans to major in Computer Science/minor in Business Administration, and has applied to schools like MIT and Brown University.
